1. What is Daft Panda?

Daft Panda is a family run Asian embroidery store with locations in London and New York. We bring together tradition, creativity and a playful spirit to offer beautifully crafted designs inspired by Asian heritage and modern style.


2. Where are your products sourced from?

Our products are sourced from trusted suppliers and artisans across Asia, focusing on quality, craftsmanship and cuteness. We ensure each item meets our high standards before it reaches you.


3. How can I place an order?

Ordering is easy! Browse our website, add your favourite items to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept multiple payment methods, including credit cards and PayPal.


4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide for most items! However our fishing cats and socks are only shipped to the UK. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.


5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary by region:

UK: 3-10 business days

Europe & North America: 10-20 business days

Rest of the World: 15-25 business days Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs or unforeseen delays.


6. What is your return policy?

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have a 14-day right to cancel from the date they receive goods.

This right applies even if the item is not faulty or damaged, unless it falls into an exemption (e.g. custom-made goods).


7. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. Use this number on our tracking page to monitor your package’s journey.


8. Can I cancel or modify my order?
