Refund policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have a 14-day right to cancel from the date they receive goods.

This right applies even if the item is not faulty or damaged, unless it falls into an exemption (e.g. custom-made goods).

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at askdaftpanda@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
